The programme

English-taught chemistry with extensive lab training alongside maths and physics. Years 1 and 2 are mostly compulsory courses (organic, inorganic and physical chemistry, spectroscopy, an introduction to quantum mechanics); year 3 is almost entirely electives, a minor or a semester abroad. Students can join research in one of more than 25 chemistry research groups.
